Expect a Cold Cold Christmas, But Warming Trend to Continue
Environment Canada advises that colder than normal temperatures will remain through Christmas Eve and Christmas Day before warming up Boxing Day. Expect to see lows of -28 Christmas Eve with risk of frostbite and highs to -20 on Christmas Day with periods of snow flurries throughout.
Cold Weather Warning - Environment Canada
While these temperatures are warmer than we have been experiencing this past week, they are still below the average of -5 and -15. This Christmas will be one to stay inside and enjoy the spirit of the season. If you must venture outdoors, please bundle up!
